I come to you with lessons learned, fortitude earned, and well-wishes from more than a decade in higher education. I recently earned my Ph.D. in History from Yale University (yay!), so I know all too well the joys and pains of a long-term writing project.
While I wrote my dissertation, I also learned how to co-work, facilitate writing groups, and build community, to support myself and others.
Sure, you’re writing a single-author work, but you don’t have to do it alone.
